Mark Gorski

Vice President, Development

Mark is Vice President, Development for Wexford Science & Technology in St. Louis, where he has been a part of the Wexford team since 2009.

Mark is responsible for leading development activities and leasing efforts for Wexford’s two Knowledge Communities in St. Louis – the Cortex Innovation Community, including the properties of @4240, 4220 Duncan and Cortex 1, and the Bio-Research and Development Growth Park at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center (BRDG Park).

Additionally, Mark is a key organizer of the Ag Innovation Showcase, an international conference of over 400 innovators, researchers, government and corporate executives, investors and others involved in ag tech. Held annually at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, it features presenting companies representing the most promising ag-tech start-ups and research projects pursuing solutions in ag-biotech, renewable energy, sustainable materials, animal health, soil and water, and farming technology.

Prior to coming to Wexford, Mark spent over twenty years in various senior management positions in marketing and sales with Wells Fargo Bank, Sister-to-Sister Foundation, Montgomery Sports and Tailwind Sports.

Mark was a member of the 1980, 1984, and 1988 Olympic Teams and won a gold medal in the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles in the 1,000-meter sprint cycling event. He was inducted into the U.S. Cycling Hall of Fame in 1995.
