525@Vine is a 233,000 square foot state-of-the art research and lab facility, designed specifically for multi-tenant collaboration. In addition to laboratory and office spaces, the building includes an innovation center blending cool spaces with business programs and services to give startup companies the resources they require for success.

The corporate headquarters for Inmar, Inc. includes 242,742 square feet of high tech office and development space. The facility provides Inmar with an urban location to better recruit talent and entertain clients. Complete with a large center atrium, as well as two-sided atria, the redeveloped manufacturing building is home to over 800 employees.
Bowman Gray Center for Medical Education

The Bowman Gray Center for Medical Education is a 167,947 square foot medical education building that houses programs from the Wake Forest School of Medicine. This facility allows medical students to prepare for real-life experiences in the most modern settings available for clinics and exam rooms.

Wake Downtown is a 113,303 square foot academic building that houses Wake Forest University’s biomedical sciences and engineering programs. Wake Downtown provides undergraduate students with an environment for collaboration and further learning experiences.
Bailey Power Plant

Dormant for almost 20 years, Bailey Power Plant will soon feature more than 110,000 square feet of inspiration office, retail and entertainment space. Its vibrant outdoor spaces will complement Bailey Park across the street.
Bailey Park is a 1.6 acres of publically accessible green space that is ideally suited for those living, learning, working and playing in and around the Innovation Quarter and the greater Winston-Salem community. The park features a covered stage, restroom facilities, a food truck court and a large grassy lawn area and community programming.
