Declaration of Collaboration will support Taiwan-based health care companies’ expansion into the U.S. with Arizona as a hub
To advance health care and biomedical opportunities between Arizona and Taiwan, the Arizona Commerce Authority, Arizona State University (ASU), the City of Phoenix, and Taiwan Digital Health Industry Development Association signed a Declaration of Collaboration focused on establishing and promoting the Taiwan AI Smart Health Showcase Center based in Arizona during a signing ceremony held on October 9 at Venture Cafe in Phoenix, Arizona.
In addition, attendees celebrated the opening of the Taiwan AI Smart Health Showroom at the Phoenix Bioscience Core, which featured 15 innovative Taiwan-based health care companies that were part of a visiting delegation that attended SEMICON West. The Center is located in the 850 PBC building on the Phoenix Bioscience Core in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, a central location to connect with and see demonstrations of the companies’ technologies to facilitate opportunities for collaborations.
The Declaration of Collaboration aims to support Taiwanese companies to establish and expand their presence in the U.S. and global markets with Arizona as a hub, bringing together government, industry, and academia to create a dynamic, two-way innovation ecosystem.
