Knowledge Community Director – uCity Square
Wexford is seeking a Knowledge Community Director for its Knowledge Community, uCity Square, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this position, you will be responsible for conceiving, planning and executing signature programs, both led by Wexford and in partnership with others across uCity Square; cultivating engagement across the district among our university partners, tenants, community members, and Philadelphia’s ecosystem leaders from industry and government; and amplifying the programming and quality-of-life in uCity Square through regular and targeted communications to support the uCity Square brand. You will also work collaboratively with our uCity Square development team to support select leasing, marketing, and economic development activities.
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and talented marketing and communications professional, specializing in graphic design, digital communications, and local marketing support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high quality content for social media, web, events, leasing proposals, presentations, and print media, ensuring a consistent brand and identity for Wexford corporately and across our local Knowledge Community brands. They will enjoy coordinating multiple assignments with defined timelines and goals and possess excellent organizational, graphics, and written and verbal communication skills.
Education and experience tell part of the story, but there might be candidates that possess attributes that are atypical or initially outside of our framework. At Wexford, it’s all about impact, and we consider three important elements – what you know, what you can do, and the difference you can make. Feel free to tell us a bit about yourself. People from historically underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply. This includes people of color, members of the LGBTQ communities and people with disabilities. Together we connect.
