Thomas Vayda

Director, Property Administration

Thomas works directly with the Wexford property management to oversee 33 buildings in the Wexford portfolio while directing the third party property management team.   Thomas is responsible for supervising capital projects for the portfolio, managing AR collections, creating pro forma operating budgets, as well as various administrative functions from COI and regulatory compliance to vendor management for the portfolio.

Thomas has over 10 years of real estate experience and prior to joining Wexford he was a senior research associate at CoStar Group.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College and is pursuing a RPA designation.
